Terms of Service

Article 1 (Applicability)

These Terms define the conditions for using DevForge (the "Service") provided by JIT Inc. (the "Operator"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Article 2 (Accounts)

1. Users must register with accurate information.
2. Users are responsible for managing their own accounts.
3. Transfer or lending of accounts to third parties is prohibited.

Article 3 (Prohibited Activities)

Users must not engage in the following activities:

1. Activities that violate laws or public morals
2. Publishing or posting adult or obscene content
3. Publishing violent, discriminatory, or defamatory content
4. Infringing on others' intellectual property, privacy, or reputation
5. Distributing malware, phishing, or other security threats
6. Placing excessive load on the Service's infrastructure
7. Mass data collection via scraping or crawling
8. Interfering with the operation of the Service
9. Any other activity deemed inappropriate by the operator

Article 4 (Portfolio Feature)

1. Project information published as portfolio is viewable by anyone without authentication.
2. Users are responsible for managing the information they make public.
3. Publishing content that falls under the prohibited activities in Article 3 is forbidden.
4. The operator reserves the right to unpublish content that violates these Terms without prior notice.

Article 5 (Third-Party Service Integration)

The Service provides integration with the following external services:

1. Viewing data from Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console
2. Integration requires users to grant viewer access to DevForge's service account on each external service.
3. DevForge retrieves external service data solely for viewing purposes and does not provide or sell it to third parties.
4. Data retrieval may be interrupted due to changes in external service APIs or outages.
5. Use of external services is subject to their respective terms of service.
6. Using the AI integration feature (Anthropic API) requires your own API key. API usage charges are billed to your Anthropic account.
7. Data sent through AI integration (such as analytics data) is used as input to the AI model and is subject to Anthropic's terms of service.

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

1. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of fitness for any particular purpose.
2. The operator assumes no liability for damages arising from use of the Service.
3. Service interruption, suspension, or specification changes may occur without prior notice.
4. Users are responsible for backing up their own data.

Article 7 (Account Suspension/Deletion)

The operator may suspend or delete user accounts without prior notice if the user violates these Terms.

Article 8 (Changes to Terms)

The operator may modify these Terms as necessary. Modified Terms become effective upon publication on this page.

Article 9 (Governing Law & Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by Japanese law. In case of disputes, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
