1. Information We Collect

1. Account information: Email address, username, password (stored as a hash)
2. Project information: Project names, descriptions, URLs, and other details entered by users
3. Third-party integration data: Google Analytics property IDs and Search Console site URLs (optionally entered by users)
4. AI integration data: Anthropic API key (encrypted with AES-256-GCM)

2. Third-Party Service Integration

The Service retrieves data from the following external services based on user permission:

1. Google Analytics (GA4): Page views, user counts, and other analytics data
2. Google Search Console: Search queries, impressions, and other search performance data
3. Integration is only activated when users grant "Viewer" access to the service account via Google's admin interface.
4. Retrieved data is used solely for display within DevForge and is not stored or accumulated.
5. Users can revoke access at any time by removing the service account from Google's admin interface.
6. AI Integration (Anthropic API): Uses your API key to analyze analytics data and provide improvement suggestions. Data sent is subject to Anthropic's privacy policy.

3. Purpose of Data Use

1. Providing, operating, and improving the Service
2. User notifications and support
3. Prevention of unauthorized use

4. Disclosure to Third Parties

We do not provide user personal information or data retrieved from external services to third parties, except as required by law.

5. Data Storage & Deletion

1. Account and project data is deleted when the account is deleted.
2. Data from external services is retrieved and displayed in real-time and is not stored on our servers.

6. Cookie Usage

The Service uses cookies for authentication session management only. No tracking cookies are used.

7. Policy Changes

This policy may be updated as needed. Updated policies become effective upon publication on this page.
